TSP CNC 12 Degree Head

This Billet Cap and CNC machined TSP head insert is designed for KTM, Husky and Gas Gas 125 2023-on models with the new TBI (Throttle body injection) engine. The TSP Head is designed to work with the standard base gasket thickness and gives a big boost to power throughout the rev range over our existing TSP head.

Please note – This must be used with a 12 degree piston.

You will receive one (1) cylinder head & 12 Degree Insert for your make/model and a cylinder head o-ring and washer kit so you can bolt it straight on!

• Improved throttle performance in the whole RPM range
• More power everywhere over our non-12 degree head design
• Smoother throttle response
• Improved combustion chamber design that gives more performance from bottom to top
• Reduced risk of detonation

If you are deciding between our Head/insert or an ERM, it is advised that you go for our ERM first. The ERM will enable larger gains than this insert by itself as the standard ignition curves are quite soft. There are gains to be made by just swapping the insert especially with additional smoothness, but this is best complimented with the ERM so you get the most out of the head design. Fitting our ERM and Insert/Head at the same time will offer much better performance gains over stock, and the package can be viewed in our ‘Power kits – TBI’ Section.

All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions.
